Shipping

Please allow up to fifteen business days from the time of purchase for delivery. Orders will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Order status information will be provided via email. If products are on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date for the backordered products.

Upon order confirmation, please verify that your shipping address is correct, including the recipient's first and last name, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and correct ZIP Code. TechniArt is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect shipping address.

You can modify, cancel or receive updates on your order by emailing customerservice@techniart.com.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

TechniArt Incorporated no longer will reship lost or stolen shipments.

If you do not receive your package, contact the carrier. If they are not able to locate your shipment or assist you, our customer service team can help direct you on how to process a claim to receive the lost value of your order. We recommend filing a police report for the lost shipment in addition.
